Types of Competitive Bank Exams

SBI Probationary Officer, Clerical cadre posts –SBI conducts written examination for PO which includes two parts. Part A consists of Objective Tests and Part B consists of Descriptive Paper.
Private Banks conduct their own exams, mostly of aptitude tests for candidates and some banks provide training program.
CWE for Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) – exams are conducted for recruiting candidates for the position of Officers and Office Assistants.
CWE for Specialist Officer – exams are conducted for recruiting candidates for the position of Marketing Officer, IT Officer, HR Officer, Law officer, etc.
RBI conducts exam for Grade B. Selection of Grade B officer happens through competitive exam, which conducted in three phases—Prelims, Mains and Interview.
