I would like start with famous adage “Knowledge shared is knowledge square”. Do you accept with this? Just recall the last time you shared your knowledge—sharing knowledge doesn’t mean that in the form of training session, knowledge transfer session, scheduled classroom training, etc. Guiding a unknown person in the road (even in nowhere in the middle) to take right direction toward his/her destination also a form of sharing knowledge.

Every time you’re sharing your knowledge with someone, you’re recollecting it. Knowledge is also same like any other credentials, if unused it’ll be hard to remember. So, using the chance to share wisely is more than gaining the knowledge. On other hand, there’s also double benefit in sharing knowledge that is you can spread your wings and lot more possibility to gain related and relevant knowledge while sharing.

How can I share my knowledge?

It’s a well-developed social media era. You can make knowledge sharing as an enthusiastic form rather by jotting the things down and dust off when you need it. There are plenty of possible & easy ways available in social media to share—by audio, video, scripted form, art form, etc—there by you can use your interpersonal skill and get two-way communications by creating polls, asking questions, conducting webinar and so-on. Don’t wait for your turn make it & use it wisely.
