For some, reality television is entertaining and helps them take their mind off of their own problems. Escapism is similar to any sort of addiction, where one uses distractions to take their mind off of their own unpleasant reality. Similar to movies and other television shows, reality TV helps us focus on someone else’s problems rather than our own. 

Reality television is often scripted as well. There is very little “reality” about it. Even if you choose to not watch reality television, it becomes increasingly difficult to try and avoid it as it’s displayed on the front covers of several magazines and takes up a large chuck of TV space.

How Much the Artists Paid within the Reality Shows?

No one in television reality shows, both anchors and participants, getting their remuneration in such how do we expect. They’re getting the salary of normal anchors only the thing actually shows is that they would get fame light sooner. The rationale for this is often because the show made them famous. Dream vs Nightmare – which one is true?

 Yesterday dream is today nightmare. If you get sleep in free of cost, without using tablets, then you are lucky enough. As in this generation, getting sleep is itself big dream for many people.
